Currently I am offering 121 walks. Firstly you will need to do the Power of Poles session (if you haven’t already done this) to gain your NWUk passport having learnt the correct technique and benefits of Nordic Walking. Then I am currently offering some 121 walks to grove your technique and the wonderful tool for a healthy life.
