We are a friendly group of instructors of love to share their passion for Nordic Walking and helping people to achieve their goals. Nothing make us happier than to see someone learn about Nordic Walking, fall in love with it and then use it hit their personal weight loss or fitness goals. Herefordshire Nordic Walking provides walks and classes for everyone across the Hereford area.
You don’t have to be a member and you will always be welcome. Nordic Walking is great fun and our instructors will not only ensure that you reach your health goals but that you have a great time doing it! You will learn all you need to know in a relaxed friendly atmosphere with the Learn To Nordic Walk course. Herefordshire Nordic Walking looks after its walkers, there will never be a shortage of interesting walks and people to meet!

Hi my name is Louise and I am a Nordic Walking UK qualified Instructor based in Herefordshire.
As a busy Mum, I always found it difficult to fit exercise into the daily routine. When I did have time, I could normally be persuaded to go for a coffee rather than face the gym! Then I heard about Nordic Walking! This is the answer!
Not only are you exercising, you are outside in the fresh air and socialising at the same time. I absolutely love Nordic walking and have a great group who walk with me regularly. We usually have time for a coffee too!
I am currently offering Taster Sessions and Beginners Courses 3 miles from Hereford. As well as teaching clients how to Nordic walk through the Learn To Nordic Walk Programme, I also run regular walks for us to get out and about. These walks take place on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.
A general walk lasts around 90 minutes and then I put on longer sessions further afield every few weeks.
We walk in various locations as it gives a chance to see and enjoy the beautiful countryside we are lucky enough to be surrounded by in Herefordshire.

I am lucky to live in a beautiful area. I was born and bred in Malvern and live just in the shadow of the Hills. I have always loved walking the hills enjoying the stunning and different views as the seasons change.
I have spent most of my working life in Customer focused roles so I know how important it is to give good personal service. My mission is to try to make a significant difference to the health and well-being of people so that they can avoid the serious problems that can have such a terrible impact on their lives. At the end of the day I look to bring fun and enjoyment to my sessions (as well as laughter).
I have had a passion for walking in the countryside for as long as I can remember. Having been introduced to walking with poles, I find it’s the ideal way to keep fit without having to go to the gym or go for a run, neither of which I have every warmed too!
Nordic walking is a great way of getting out into the countryside, keeping fit and sharing the experience with others.
I offer walks to suit a range of abilities, of different lengths and intensities for the enjoyment of all.
Hi, I’m Keren Milton and I am excited to offer you Nordic Walking Classes in Malvern and the surrounding areas. I love the health benefits of Nordic Walking and for me it ticks all the boxes. Improved fitness Toned legs and arms. Kind to joints Feel good factor. Fresh air and the Great Outdoors. A chance to make new friends or have a chat with existing ones.

Firstly you will need to do the Power of Poles session (if you haven’t already done this) to gain your NWUk passport having learnt the correct technique and benefits of Nordic Walking. Then I am currently offering some 121 walks to grove your technique and the wonderful tool for a healthy life.
